Here’s a scenario: you need to label a part or component so that it can be tracked through all it’s production stages. The problem is that one of those stages is a painting booth. Apply the label before this and it becomes hopelessly unreadable. Apply after and you have trouble bonding to the new coating.
The solution is special paint mask labels. We design these labels to ride from stage one of production while protecting the integrity of your label during rough handling or paint/powder coating operation. What makes the label unique is a special dual-layer lamination. The top layer is designed to remove easily after the painting process. Using a special easy-to-lift edge, the marred surface covering the label is stripped away cleanly. Left behind is a second clean layer of lamination. The label and its important information is easily readable again, while still maintaining a level of durability to protect the underlying label.
